I don't tend to take things at face value, but have no reason to doubt the FL ranking, esp. given the recent oppressive policy-making. I was referred to this by one of my friends who is a career educator in S FL. If I were a new graduate seeking a teaching gig, FL would not be on the list of states where I would want to teach.
