He is not in the portal. For all I know, his career is over. However, Kansas State got a commitment from the Michigan point guard, which means, for all practical purposes, that Ques would not start at the point if he returns to Kansas State. I could be wrong on that, but would K State start 2 sub-6 footers!
I cannot believe this thread has devolved into yet another discussion of Ques Glover WHO IS NOT EVEN IN THE PORTAL. Please stop.
Our culture had developed so that our point must be a bigger guard . Don’t think we will take a guard under 6’3”
I think Jeff knows exactly what he’s talking about. He just doesn’t agree with you . Dudes a damn good poster!
Geesh!! You have not made a single coherent post on this thread. If Ques actually was offered the scholarship, which is what was stated in a few articles on Gators’ recruiting, then we would have been at the scholarship limit, and ZP would have gone elsewhere. Do you actually follow Gator basketball?
Who knows? If I hadn’t met my future wife at a friend’s party, I wouldn’t be married to her now. Ques blew out his knee at Samford and twice more at Kansas State. It might be that he is done with basketball, but he did not participate in Senior Night at K. State.
Of course, he knows what he’s talking about. He watched Glover play a few minutes a game, primarily at a wing for Florida, and he has determined that Glover is no good. He hasn’t looked at any video of Glover since them. The fact that Glover got a whole bunch of power conference scholarship offers after starring at Sanford means nothing to this guy. So, he knows what he’s talking about, but he’s talking about meaningless junk.
I follow Gator basketball. My dad went to Florida. My grandfather went to Florida. If you want receipts I'd be glad to share them privately. As a result of following Gator sports since before I could do basic math, I can sincerely say that Glover had a problem under the bright lights of Florida and it bothered me. It takes a certain breed to excel at this level. I don't cast blame on him as a person. I just expect a certain level of play and as a person who has played the sport competitively it irks me to see unforced errors. Like basic mistakes that you can't see if you want to win. He was so bad that can you guess how many minutes he got in his last game here? Zero. Zero freaking minutes, because he literally wasn't capable of dribbling the ball under pressure. So spare me the "LOOK AT WHAT HE DID HER OMG HE'S SO GOOD" posts.
I know we can do clearly better than Ques Glover because Golden proved it last year by signing Zion Pullin. And please do not make the ridiculous argument that Glover is a better PG than the first team all-SEC point guard who led the conference in assist to turnover margin.
Everything that could possibly said about Glover has been said by the two arguing in this thread. Please stop. Enough is enough! The rest of us are interested in portal news.
Please point out where I said that Ques is better than ZP. Are you one of those who said that ZP should come off the bench?
