Baseball vs Vandy, Sat 5/27, 5:00 pm

Since some have said Nesbitt’s era would be different if pitching more against sec teams I’ve added a full run to his era and it’s still one of the better on the team.

Here’s the comparison. A bunt single or bloop hit still go into the book as a hit. Nesbitt isn’t pretty but again,

ERA’s don’t lie.

I must have missed a joke here... was largely rooting for the kid (Tejeda) who sat at my table at the dugout club meet the team thing to get his shot...

Ok guys, flush this game, get home safe, get rested and get stoked for next week!

 

Took them 5 tries to finally beat us-all because of a poor 1st inning-basically we gifted them a game lol

 

We helped Vandy out but they came out and got after us . We really didn’t respond .
Do we go into the regional with confidence or do we have our doubts now? Did all the good work in the tournament go to waste after today’s performance?

Yeap-Still Great to be a Florida Gator! Love my team-everyone has a bad game on occasion-
Still proud that they fought back-a run here and there-errorless basball and we still could have pulled it out

I don't believe that-did the 2017 team feel that way when they got bounced out of this tournament 16-0? No-made them stronger!
They can learn from this!

 

I see a national championship on the near future!

 

Gotta have the mindset right for hosting regionals Friday. Can’t take anything for granted!!

 

Is the announcement of regionals on Sunday or Monday?

 

Monday, usually at noon on ESPN2 or something like that
