    UNF honors us with a second visit. Since we saw them in Feb they are 11-8 vs. Ball St, FSU, Alabama St, FAMU, JU, Bethune, Queens, GA Southern, and FGCU.

    Hoping to see solid aggressive baseball across the board from our Gators this evening.

    Pitchers attacking the strike zone without living in the heart. Solid defense start to finish. And aggressive offense hitting it where it’s pitched while at the same time working every AB and eliminating the K’s.

    Let’s have some fun and get it done Gators!

    Ok, has anyone else checked the TV schedule for our game? It’s not showing up on my TV schedule through the ESPN+/SECN+
    package. Earlier (4:00pm) the schedule showed the game as “Live” at that time but when you clicked on the game it showed “About to begin”…

    And again, now it’s not showing up.

    It's not on ESPN+. But it is on SEC+, which is free to all who have an ESPN package through your TV provider. Access it via the ESPN app. Starts at 6:30

    Watch ESPN - Stream Live Sports & ESPN Originals

    Don't click on Schedules & Replays. Scroll down to Channels, then go to SEC+. When you open SEC+, the UF/UNF game is the first on there.

    In the app, there’s a search feature. Search “gat” and it will come up. That’s how I always go to our games.

    I think that we call that pitching early in the count and late in the count when behind.

    Otherwise we try and get them to swing at pitches outside the zone when ahead in the count.

    LOL.

    Interesting that Stripling has pretty much bypassed Donay in the lineup

    Donay got off to such a blazing start and, apparently, tore it up in pre-season practice. He just can't seem to handle SEC quality pitchers. Tons of power and he was making a lot of contact early, but now he's back to looping swings at pitches out of the zone. Hope he can come around.
