TT's starting pitcher has 21 K's and 12 BB in his 20 innings. The freshman has only thrown 6 innings in 4 appearances over the last month, giving up only 1 run (to Oklahoma) in 2 innings on May 25. The better teams he's faced during the season have hit him pretty hard - Baylor, Oklahoma, Stanford & Iowa. Hope we have our hitting shoes on today.

 

Schiekofer is an interesting choice, particularly after trying to bunt with a 5 iron last night.
