So is that it for Jameson? Could he pitch in the next game tonight if we make it? I'm not sure how the bullpen warmup routine and throwing just 3 pitches would impact him compared to if he was a starter.

 

Pierce battled and deserves applause... Jameson threw only three pitches- he should be good to go unless there is a long delay. Ride him as long as he's effective and then Neely to finish up. We can win this one!

 

Sully said we were in the same situation last year and that is technically true. So what about in a "what if" world-- we beat Nebraska and tonight Fisher finds the magic in a start against OSU as he did vs Texas Tech last year.... Stranger things have happened... but don't hold me to a prediction- Lol.

 

Personally I hope we score 10 more runs so we can save Neely for tonight
