    My resting heart rate is usually in the low 70s sometimes lower..in the mid to high 60s
    It was 107 when I checked your post...

    When I trained for bicycle racing my resting heart rate was in the low 40 bpm. Nurses were shocked and asked if I was some kind of athlete.
