Nick and Sean are wrong. The hitter can change sides during an at bat as many times as they want, just have to move before the pitcher comes set. Just looked it up again.

Probably the same reason UM, FAU, FSU, UCF and every other Florida school missed out. Lot of talent in Fla.

The kid is really from Curacao, pitched at a small Catholic HS in Hialeah and only been in SFla a couple of years.
