Maybe it is weather related. Rain delays are very likely on Sunday.

 

It’s been my experience coaching and or following a pitcher coming off of TJ surgery that at some point in the following year of rehab he will have and go through a “dead arm” phase as his arm is still recovering. I have no inside information about Jac but this can affect both command and velocity. Obviously it’s not affected his velocity’s but his command has been an issue. It’s just part of the process pitchers have to deal with.
