    And the runner has to use the sissy bag if there's a play being made at first, unless it's on a dropped third strike, then they use the opposite bag of the first baseman. If no play is being made at first, they can make the turn off the white bag like normal. We've already had a game played under protest because a stetson player only touched the white bag and the coach didn't feel that the proper procedure was followed to overturn the call.
