I will say lsu as a team seem to be much thicker than all the other cws teams. I am not saying steroids but it’s a noticeable difference.
I think you are misunderstanding what Rick was saying. I don' t want to put words in his mouth, I think he was refering to the LSU congregation, not Gator fans who congradulate them.

Well we got the matchup I’d been wanting all year long Florida vs LSU! I really thought we could pull it off, even though we were coming into the finals living by the long ball. I thought our pitching we be the difference maker and it was, but in a much different way. Over 3 games we had 24 BB’s (8/game) and 8 HBP. That’s not going to win you a championship. To be fair the offense had 43 K’s over the 3 games (20 on Sat.) so not much better. Despite all of that our boys almost stole the game on Saturday, save a spectacular catch by LF. It was one of the most enjoyable seasons I’ve had watching Gator baseball. This team was probably as good or better than 2017 team, and provided some great memories along the way. This program is truly one of the top 3-5 programs in the country year in and year out and I’m confident that even with losing some key pieces, Sully will have them back in Omaha in no time.
Any explanation from Sully for the Slater inning? Why didn’t he check on him when he got nailed? Why didn’t we pull him sooner when he was throwing a few MPH slower than usual? LSU scored 4 runs with 2 outs after the injury.

They sure do...wish the media would just be impartial when reporting stuff like this ...and the announcers made it impossible for me to watch and listen to the game this weekend..even on Sunday...
I want to than Gatorgal04 and MCB51 for making this baseball season far more entertaining and straight up fun to be a part of. There are several other fans that made this season fun to be a part of too... too many to mention.
So Sully? Can’t be the younger role players Can’t be Langford who may have played himself into #1 overall territory. IMO it’s fair game to talk about the performance of players. It’s a matter of record. But you need to be a bit better when talking about character. Non specific character accusations does nobody any good.
