    Here's my take on Sully: He sees himself as much a preparer of major league talent, especially pitchers, as the head coach of a college baseball team. He is trying to balance his two missions by using midweek games as practices for future pros, while focusing on the week-ends as pleasing the college fan-base and winning against the best. Any takers ?
