If he doesn't hoof that out then Kurland doesn't get to do what he did.

Gators have played what looks like much weaker teams so far. Stetson usually has a pretty fair team, likewise UNF so competition will ratchet up a notch mid-week and then next weekend we will see what we have. Awesome so far.

I agree with you! I’m kind of ready to see more intense competition. I love the wins, but it’s nice to start playing more quality in-state opponents/rivals and then SEC play!

Agree. And although Miami isn't the Miami of old anymore, they're still a bitter rival and always will have talent.

Due to complications I couldn't attend the game in person. We gave four of our tickets to family friends and saved the fifth seat for a scout we met yesterday.

Coppola must be on a short pitch count given his arm troubles in recent years. The triple he gave up was a bit of a fluke. The homer was one of his few mistakes. All the weekend starters have looked great against free swinging teams.

Sully platooned lefties into the starting line-up today. It worked well having a bench full of good righties to PH. If he continues that practice some opposing coach is going to start a righty, have him pitch to one batter, and then bring in a lefty.

The third sacker for Dayton looks legit. Good at the plate and in the field.
