Yeah, I dunno, but seems to be Names - not their own - so maybe distinguished airmen?

 

I’ve seen “march”, “wright-patt”, and a few others I’ve been unable to read. Don’t know what it is. Someone suggested it may be NiL related, but I was told the service academies didn’t participate in NIL.
