Wow, losing these midweek games sucks enough without getting blown out by little brother. Only one game, long season, yada yada, but still a bummer.

 

He's going to be a good one

 

I actually think this will be a long year. This team doesn't show any fight. They also don't have any stars that can put team on back like we saw in years past.

We didn't face any adversity until two days ago...

 

that was a complete team loss. Took everybody's effort walks, errors, HBP, poor offensive effort.

 

Mid-week blues….BIG TIME

 

They win in March, we send 'em a postcard from Omaha. As is tradition.

 

Sully mentioned Post game that Nadeau's groin was bothering him so they had to sit him out. Also stated they put Brody at first because Luke's hand was bothering him and they didn't want to lose the DH if they had to move Brody to catcher.

 

Chris Knight is awesome. That’s not even one of my favorite songs. I like william’s son, go on home, nothing on me, really everything he does, but those are some of my favorites. Awesome singer/songwriter.

This team is no where close to being ready for conference play … soft

 

No upside to peaking in early March. Let’s see what challenges our boys face and root ‘em on to overcome those challenges and let the chips fall where they may. Obviously a tough blow with the triple, but it’s still early, plenty of time to shore that stuff up.
