Crazy to think we are having trouble hearing his fast ball. Kid throws a lot of strikes, but still surprised we have not been able to score a couple more runs. We have to start having consecutive quality at bats.

Very impressed with Cags today. I knew he’d settle down nicely.

 

And we were right. First hit was all she wrote. Slater needs to be sharp or we could be down after this inning. I have faith in our hurlers, but man is this nerve wracking.
