What does David Kopp do for this team? He's done nothing in my book for this pitching staff since joining a few years ago. Just curious if I'm missing something.

The bat strikes his pitches quite often.

 

He was almost at 100 pitches when the inning started. Sully’s MO is almost always no baserunners in that situation. Allow a runner, you sit. Doesn’t matter who’s fault it is.

 

Well it was fun until Sully went to the pen

 

What a joke. Should have left Sproat in to finish inning as he finally settled down. Mishandled pitching again, however tough to handle when you have zero depth.

Walking the 9 hole hitter with bases loaded just tears my behind up.

 

This is beyond bad.
Abner snd Fic with bad performances. Shocked Sully left Abner in after two walks. His patience with Abner is very surprising. Allowing Abner to walk guys and keep him in sealed the deal tonight.

This is two weeks in a row in game 1 that our bullpen has failed us and last Friday night it was Abner that struggled before Neely.

 

Sully haters coming out in force.

 

Leaves 1-2 guys in way too long. Several others can walk none guy and he pulls them. It makes no sense.

 

I don't know whether the double was fair or foul, but don't you just have to suck it up from there and do your jobs instead of walking 5 straight and then giving up a 2 run single? Great patience from Gamecock hitters and our bullpen just couldn't get it done.

 

Dumbest pitching ever and ur head coach is the pitching coach... Throw Strikes!!! Oh well so much for this game. Painful.
