Bullpen does it's job! Just heard the interview with Jeff and Sully, offense was great but don't forget the big defensive plays by Robertson. They could have been game changers had he not got there with his great speed and made those top of the fence grabs look easy. They were not easy plays but critical for us.

Four subpar SEC starts in a row....kinda feel like we are playing with fire but props to the team for winning 3 of those. But it's not sustainable, need the front line arms to step up consistently

Both pitching staffs struggled today. Fortunately, our offense was better. Winning a doubleheader at Ole Miss in front of one of the greatest home crowds in D1, is something to be really proud of. A sweep would be incredible. Hope Jac is on.

We're never out of a game. No lead is safe against us.

Tonight we had guests for dinner because we had planned on only an afternoon game when looking at the schedule weeks ago.

    Just skimmed the game thread.

Damn, we are a dangerous team.

Tonight we had a cookout while both games were on, and if the guests didn't like it they could get the hell out.

Glad we won the first away game in the SEC. More importantly, I'm glad we won an SEC series on the road. Now let's see tomorrow if we learned anything from last weekend. How bad do these boys want a sweep and how much do they understand these opportunities don't happen very often, especially on the road in the SEC. I'm not sure what its going to take to get our starters settled down and pitch with consistency and build their confidence. I would have thought Sproat or Waldrep would have had a good performance this weekend. Oh well maybe next weekend.

What stood out to me was our bullpen both Games. Pen was big difference as opposed to Ole Miss Pen.

Some strides made and some good work in spots. But we've got to quit surrendering 9th inning runs....goes unnoticed when you have a 6 run lead, big deal when it's a 1 run game. Allowed runs in the 9th both games today, and were probably fortunate we limited it to what we did, especially game 1. Brings back memories of last 2 years. 2 games isn't a trend, but Neely hasn't been shutdown either
