Peterson filthy!!!! Kid has been excellent today.

cannot waste this performance and when I say that I see him going six or seven innings, and not giving up another run, he’s been more than efficient. Just gotta tip your cap to Mizzou with a great bunt earlier that got the runners over.

Sully gotta call whole team in. Absolutely cannot lose a series to Missouri just can’t…

But Why? I know, this question has been asked before.

 

That bottom of the 3rd I believe is the best inning I’ve seen Peterson pitch since he became a Gator.

 

Peterson has been absolutely nasty. Mizzou really did a good job in moving the runners over and we did not twice. Have to stop playing for the three run Home run

 

We have given up multiple runs in the first inning of several games this yr. Most didn't score thru playing small ball. Mizzou is an exception.
Peterson seems to have settled in, but his first inning included a walk and a WP, both led to runs.

 

Peterson has had 2 excellent innings. Getting that devastating curve ball over for a strike makes all the difference for him.

 

you’re forgetting about a perfectly executed sacrifice bunt. And don’t forget if Garrison‘s in the game they don’t steal a base and there’s no wild pitch. I would stand strong on that as he is one of the best catchers around.

 

Evans has been so blistering hot, he was going to cool off at some point.

 

And that won’t work. Love to see us recruit kids that can hit 320 with three home runs and 25 or 35 RBIs but they always make contact. we can’t hit curveball at all

 

I guess my thing is I hear everybody talking about pitching and all I see is Neely go out last night without his best stuff and only give up one run in five innings and today I see Peterson go out and give us a quality start, and we are wasting it.

I know you’re not expecting a shut out performance

 

If he runs that ball out, he is safe. Looked at it out of the box and that can’t be contested.
