Pitching- feels like we may be missing 1-2 guys but maybe that’s just because we are so young. Purnell and Jameson have to have monster years.

This is exactly where I would fall short in today’s coaching environment.
“Deals” vs earned playing time—there is no contest for me, deals can’t be promised—team unity is developed by every player earning his PT.
But that’s just me.
