    I remember being at a Gator game when our SS - forget who - had a walk off strikeout.

    I think it was against Georgia now that you mention it Liput? Maybe. I remember the post-game interview where the player said he was proud that he was able to rise to the occasion.

    Was that the 16 inning game against Georgia? At least I think it was 16 innings and versus the Dawgs. Bases loaded and two outs and a dropped third strike.

    Never saw anything like that before.

    I was at that game as well if we are talking about the same game.

    Yes, it was definitely a lot of extra innings - dont remember how many but I was there for it all.

    My youngest son was at the game and it made him a baseball fan.

    Yeah, I thought it was our SS and also I remembered it was the ss that hopped just as the pitcher released and that would be Fontana. Good find - that was more years ago than I care to think about.
    You know if we put all our memories together we can just about remember something.
