Folks, I'm gonna nominate as play of the game that timely two run home run by smallish, diminutive infielder Dale Thomas giving us badly needed runs.

Outstanding finish to the regular season. UK tough at home and we did the job- got the 20 SEC wins and 42 overall. Cags with two back-to-back gems which bodes well for the post-season. It was a little antsy there with no runs through 6 but the guys got it together and gave Cags the well deserved W.
I sense a top four seed all but secured with this road series win! Win a couple in Hoover and move up a slot or two. Proud of our guys!

PS: never thought Mingione was such an a-hole- but it was on full display this weekend and some of it rubbing off on his players. It was good to beat him.
