Looks like Dale Thomas gets the start at 3rd. In a small park- hope we see his power from last year on display. Go Gators- let's get our 20th SEC win and sew up a National Seed!

 

Halter is all Gator, anxious to get in, but he knows he has to hit to stay in the lineup. He's had good and bad streaks, but bad lately. He has the skills to hit .300 with 10 HR, but hasn't. Best defender at 2B or 3B, but it's a hitters' team this year.

 

Earl Lee—Never heard of him….

 

Perhaps our bats stay hot and he has an Earl Lee exit like his last start.

 

I'm a Halter fan but he's is a bit of a puzzle- after last summer's All Star season on the Cape, I was anticipating a breakout year: roughly .300, 10 HRs 35+ RBI- and it's not happened with more cold streaks than hot at bat and committing errors on some routine plays. He has one year of eligibility and hopefully can gain traction in post season and next year.

 

I never saw that one coming. In conference Deric's average in very few at bats is averaging 333 and third on the team in SEC hitting. Sully is really trying hard to dial it in at third.
