I think LSU purposely puts up crap film before they play us so we will take them lightly. We go in cocky and thinking we just have to show up to win, and surprise- they beat us. We fall for their trap over and over. I’m being sarcastic of course about the crap film, but seriously we need to understand we always get their A game.
We've all complained about over the past few years, but last game was especially brutal. Felt like 3rd and 15+ was an automatic first down.
Yes but this is a defense that gives more 3rd and a miles than pretty much every team not called UMass.
Bad omen, you seriously believe in that kind of nonsense? What happened last year or 20 years ago has no bearing on what happens tonight. That's like believing if I don't wear my lucky hat that we won't win. As if my hat affects what happens on the field. Plus, how would I reconcile my lucky hat having more power than every other person in the stands lucky hats. We may lose, but it won't be because LSU lost last week.
Of course you are 100% right but, I still have a couple of game day rituals I observe. I do this even though I am fully aware that they have absolutely no bearing on the outcome of the game. Still……

My bad, missed the end of your post. I'm somewhat inclined to agree, as the matchups in cfb are so dynamic, but there is an ebb and flow that sometimes projects good/poor performances. For example, does it matter that Ark lost three in a row before traveling to Provo? Or does it matter that Bama struggled last week against A&M? I expect both teams to perform better today (win or lose) and suspect that LSU will play better today in the Swamp than they did last week against TN.
Now that I know we are going to lose, I'm not going to watch. I have about four hours of arts and crafts hobbies I can get busy on. Can't decide if I should open up my crochet chest, or just continue with my beloved needlepoint. Decisions decisions.
