I thought from the title of the thread, the person being canned was the Director of ATF, she's actually the Chief Counsel, that being said Kash Patel in addition to being Director of the FBI is also the Acting Director of the ATF. Maybe Bondi canned Hicks because she and her boss the Dear Leader were afraid that the ATF could end up aggressively pursing Trump's personal militias, the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys. Just speculation but a real possibility.
