Why would a conservative never vote against the GOP?

 

So many things other cultures have contributed to this country of ours. One important one to myself from black culture is music. From the Blues came jazz and rock and roll and gospel. I’m very grateful for the gift.

 

I see that you are willing to admit that Trump was incompetent during 2020-21. So we agree that Trump was at least 25% incompetent over his four years. Add in the fact that he tried to steal the election with a mob incited to insurrection, and you have a modern-day Richard Nixon (with the additional violence normally reserved for Hitler's Brown Shirts associated with him). Nixon had to leave office in disgrace because he tried to steal an election. Why do you think Trump's behavior exempts him from disgrace?

A crisis usually leads to an easy victory for the incumbent, if he handles it in a semi-competent way. Presidents during wartime are usually re-elected (see Bush, George W.). If a president responds to a dangerous virus with suggestions about horse pills and bleach injections, then he is an idiot and should be voted out.

Trump wasted a lot of time trying to negotiate to buy Greenland, which wasn't for sale.

His plan to build a border wall with Mexico and get Mexico to pay for it never happened. Even republicans in Congress had a hard time supporting that.

Trump was considered highly offensive by most Europeans, to the point that Europe would never cooperate with him on anything. Everything Trump did, he did unilaterally. Trump's admiration of dictators and strongmen meant a green light to countries like Russia and the Philippines for violations of human rights to invasion of a neighbor. Sometimes, you need cooperation of other countries to get something done. Had Russia invaded while Trump was president (and the fact that they didn't was because their military wasn't ready, not because they were scared of Trump), Europe would have never agreed with the U.S. for sanctions against Russia, and our sanctions would have been useless without their cooperation. Again, Trump put tariffs on China, but couldn't get Europe on board with it because they had no respect for him.

Trump was not a politician. He never served his country in any way, shape, or form prior to being elected President. He dodged military service, then had the gall to insult war heroes. He mainly served himself throughout his life, while screwing over contractors to his businesses and lying to government officials and business associates. His claim to fame was being a reality show clown for several years.

Basically, Donald Trump was a con-man. Sounds like you got conned.

 

Trump tells Iowa voters that their votes will help him "punish his enemies". So, to hell with dealing with America's enemies, America needs to destroy Trump's enemies. That's the top priority. Not improving the country. Not stopping Russia or China. Not controlling inflation or improving GDP. Not improving education or health care.

So why don't you date a black woman or a Hispanic woman? They steal one of your women, you steal one of theirs? They hit close to home with you, you hit close to home with them. Fair is fair.

 

A lot of white guys have taken Asian and Latina women out of the dating market, too. It's Asian men and black women who have something to complain about.
