Yea expectations are high on our end, but was watching Shane’s podcast on YouTube and he was talking with The Athletic dude that writes for the Gators G. Allen Taylor. Basically, dude’s been watching all of our practices and thinks we’d make the tourney as a bubble team, so take that for what it’s worth.

 

Bubble team my a$$! NO, NO, NO!

 

I haven’t been watching the practices, but I would say that the dude’s prediction is worthless. We have one of the best one and five combos in the country. Kugel appears to have moved into the starting lineup at the two. He is a 6‘5“ 205 pound athletic dynamo who can play the game of basketball and will be a first round NBA pick. We have another explosive wing at the three in Kowacie Reeves who likely also will play in the NBA. Felder has grabbed the four spot for now. He is a physical dude who played well in the ACC and can shoot the rock from outside. We have six starter level players as back ups. We have an excellent coaching staff. Bubble, my ass. Please let me know how we find the dude’s podcast. I would be interested in looking at it. Thanks.

This is a really good team for a first year coach but I wouldn't be more surprised to see 8 losses than 14.
