Ricky Pearsall’s decision to return to the Florida Gators for his final year of eligibility is paying off. The 6-1, 190-pound receiver recorded a career high 661 yards and five touchdowns across 13 games in 2022. After a weighing all his options, Pearsall decided to return to Gainesville and pair up with Wisconsin transfer QB Graham Mertz in effort to increase his NFL draft stock.

Good for him. I was very happy when he chose UF out of the portal and I'm glad he gave us one more year.

Let’s hope Mertz does the same.

He is currently the best player on the team. I'd say Etienne is the second best due to far fewer snaps per game.

Hope RP gets the payoff in a good draft spot, I have enjoyed watching him play for the Gators, a great pick up for Napier, RP has shined in O and B.

Pearsal would kill it on a team like the chiefs. Great hands, precise route running. Knows how to get open.
