    It'll be fun watching him this season. If he gets the standard sophomore jump, he'll be hard to stop.

    Yeah, I remember how many layups that Riley inexplicably missed last year. I think he's going to improve on that big time. One of the most exciting college players out there, and it's great to have him in a Gator uniform. A Kugel/Clayton backcourt is going to be money. Can't wait to see it.

    We've had too many guards over recent years that try to finesse a layup in. Seldom works; this is the SEC. Just commit, go hard to the hoop, expect contact, and either make it or draw the foul and make your free throws, or dish to the open guy. We've been largely missing that since Scottie Wilbekin. I expect Walter Clayton to excel at it; the dude was being recruited as a safety, fer cryin' out loud. Riley is a little stronger this season so I'm hoping he won't try to get fancy. Just watch Clayton, take notes, and then do it.
