I hope this is closer to a rock fight than a horse race. Our transition D has been suspect and a Leonard team may abuse that. Will we see more of Aberdeen in this game? He seems like our best defensive match up for Watkins. Denzel has seen his minutes grow in every game so far (16,20,22). I wouldn't be shocked to see him over 22 for the Nolies.
Very interesting...he appears to be their only legit scoring threat. 6'7". Maybe my favorite thing in basketball is when we have somebody shutdown the other team's scorer. Wilbekin is my all-time leader on that.
Fired up about tonights game and hope UF may continue the win streak against the Noles. On paper it looks pretty good for UF, but we shall see. I feel much better about the Basketball Teams chances against TSOW than the football teams chances against the corndogs.
Scares me that they've shot 21% as a team so far, you know that means they're going to light it up against us. Hope we can somewhat contain Watkins. Having no one 6'6 to 6'8 means we're going to be undersized or bigger and maybe slower, but I wonder if adding a bigger relentless Haugh as a defender at times will throw him off his game a bit. Haugh might be the best conditioned guy on the team and seems like he's quick enough to keep up
We just need to contain Watkins because their other players don't pose much of a threat. Richard gives up 3 inches to him but it's probably better than Martin guarding him.
