I never said he wouldn't be indicted. Obviously, he's going to be indicted. Thanks for telling us what we already know. Whether the charges survive a trial are another story. Indictments don't mean much. They are just a list of accusations. Indictments are defeated or severely watered down routinely, so taking one as the final outcome is silly. I'm not an expert, but I at least know that much.

That's the thing, given that it is a former POTUS, and the stakes incredibly high with all eyes on Willis, neither of your arguments make much sense.

Why would a prosecutor try to tamper with a GJ under these circumstances or as you suggested above, which in your mind would help Trump?

I guess if it's an incomplete list, it doesn't matter. Only if a DA leaks the charges early with a FULL list, then it counts.

I have no idea what was posted because I'd never click on a link from this poster but the Georgia indictment posted today was fake allegedly.

Regardless, he is going to get hit and soon and probably not get bail in Georgia. To get bail, you have to not be a risk for witness intimidation which he is already guilty of as of this morning.

It doesn’t have to be Trump folks who posted it to help Trump. It could be an incompetent clerk’s office who just Barney Fife’d themselves.

Or maybe it's just an incompetent clerk who Fifed themself?

Take a breather and think through your arguments some more. They're not adding up.

Isn’t the grand jury hearing the testimony?

Could be. But they got the vote count right. Even though it took 3 days. We can bet our life’s savings on that.

To correct the record the grand jury was convened although they were still deliberating at the time. Although the leak if it actually happened was improper it's not improper to draft an indictment before a grand jury votes on it.

And I don't know about Trump supporters but the Dear Leader himself has been playing the victim going all the back to his loss when he claimed that his rightful victory was stolen from him and will continue to do so and he will also continue to ask his supporters to express their sympathy for him by contributing to his various defense funds including those not specifically labelled as such.

I would love for the DA to clarify that the grand jury has already seen that list of charges.

Looks like amid all the emotional freakout, someone lost track of their own narrative.

I don’t know that he feels a great need to clarify it for you. But you said they don’t have a grand jury when it’s been sitting there hearing testimony.

The grand jury is still deliberating as of 7:30 tonight. The judge is staying late with them.

Do they have a special grand jury for this? In most states Grand juries rule on many different charges and are empaneled a month or longer.
