It's because of the lack of metals in the building construction of that old city. Metals will hold the radiation. Metals unlike concrete and wood will get and stay irradiated for much longer.
But people hold radiation, no ? The Hiroshima/Nagasaki Survivor Studies: Discrepancies Between Results and General Perception - PMC
Whenever we walk outside we are subjected to radiation. Granted, my thread title is provocative, but to study here puts it nicely, “discrepancy between perception and results”, with common perception being that, for all the horror of the blast (which is contained) it’s the fallout that makes nukes so horrible. Judging from Hiroshima, Nagasaki and subsequent tests and accidents … it’s up for debate.
Up for debate by whom exactly? They know these answers and have studied them. Just because you don't understand the studies and read blogs from people who have no clue what they are talking about, doesn't make it "up for debate"
No, scientists do science. Bloggers who have no clue what they are talking about are not going to have a claim to change what is known at a point in time by scientists by saying stuff like "mustard gas was used, not bombs. Citation: Jimmy 2 times at 7-11". If you have a Phd and are in a lab, please let me know and I will update my assertion.
If you were to be transported back to the time of Galileo’s house arrest you would have told the guards, “I’m going with you. I want to see that clown’s face when you cuff him!”
You link a random substack of a guy who thinks vaccines are witchcraft (direct quote) and that includes citations that potentially mustard gas was used instead of nuclear weapons and are equating that to...Galileo?
