It’s a bitch in those midget seats, especially if you have a fat bastard or two in front and behind.

and them buying two seats won't help you either. We usually try to get chairbacks. Either in the endzone or club level.

I would not foresee that as an issue; these firms will have the horsepower to design most anything like this. They may and can always hire a consultant with very specific experience. But, there are not a whole lot of projects like this being done at a particular time. And, this is a massive undertaking, design and construction. This firm surely had to do presentations and proposals and had to present/sell the best solution to UF.
I think having the team together by January, 2024 seems ambitious this time of the year.

I'm a "mechanical engineering" type and have heard, although never reviewed, the mechanical layout for BHG but I understand it is in desperate need of repair or replacement.

This could have significant impact on any renovation, even seating capacity but probably not significantly.

As touched on already, the "money" is in the higher end accommodations and one would suspect that this will have a significant impact in final design and seating capacity. It's inevitable that capacity will shrink IMO.

Any increase in capacity, I think, would require a significantly higher budget.

I used to work for HDR Engineering and spent a week in the Dallas office which has architects. Most were female and very nice looking.
