Perhaps great OC's do not want to be micromanaged or a rubber stamp to the style of O desired by BN. His seemingly fixation at wanting to design the O and call plays is a result of inner pride believing I can prove all the naysayers wrong. His winning crucial games towards the end of last season was far more the result of an improved D than a stellar O. I think the teams record has given him breathing room to stay the course. IMO Lag has made more of a difference in the O than the play caller. Remove Lag and the O clinks and clunks. In the end I believe our d will continue to improve and just hope our O can squeak by when we play the tough teams on our schedule. Either way, I hope for success this coming season.
Ive got a groupon which provides an atomic wedgie with purchase of three regular wedgies. You know the version of wedgie where the yank is so forceful and prolonged that the elastic waistband is entirely severed from the rest of the underwear which is wedged in. Extra credit for pulling the entire waistband over the victims head and handing it to him as you walk away.
They send the lume chick and she deodorizes your butt crack when she gets your drawers out of the way.
Perhaps there aren’t anymore Sunbelt guys out there who are available. Napier will be fine as long as he can keep Lagway under center, after that we are back to September 2024. Napier can be as stubborn as he wants, it’s his hairy little buns on the seat and if he’s okay with the heat so be it.
That's an easy one. He currently makes 4x the expected lifetime earnings of an average working American every year. If he's fired google tells me he gets $27,000,000. Nobody has any leverage over someone who doesn't need an income. There's no consequences. Unless you consider retiring to the Bahamas to live out your days in a beach house with generational wealth a consequence.
Lagway deserves better as do our WRs. But BN will probably be his own ending. He's going to coach on praying that Lagway can make it happen on his own. No real attack or plan just go do something and pray.
Sure, but I'm not explaining the salary and incentive structure of current college football head coaches, I'm explaining what, other than stubbornness, could cause a coach not to follow the advice of others even if they have a direct influence on your job. That reason is that he does not "need" the job. This is a great place to be in for any employee, not so much for the employer in some cases as if your employee doesn't need your money they also don't need to listen to what you want since firing them isn't a negative consequence.
