I'm sure that's way Trump feels. It's not every organized crime Don that has his own handpicked judges at both the District Court (see Aileen Cannon) and the Supreme Court. It kind of floors me the way Trump's MAGA nation has been denigrating Mitch McConnell. Were it not for Mitch, Trump would not have his personal Supreme Court. First, Mitch held the seat open after Antonin Scalia passed away, then he eliminated the filibuster for confirmation of SCOTUS nominees and finally he pushed confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett's nomination in six weeks.

 

I'll certainly agree that, according to media, Biden either did not or will not meet Netanyahu upon his arrival.

I'm old enough to remember people believing peace in N. Ireland was impossible. Anything is possible. Both sides have to want peace. Agreed, it's been the Palestinians who have started the wars, but if Israel only wants war too, then both sides will always get what they want with zero chance of peace. You may be resigned to this being the only future. I still have hope.
