The Gators have been fortunate to send a lot of guys to the NFL over the years. Some tremendous talent. And while we had our share of QB's, I'm not sure they've all lived up to the top billing. They've been good, but for whatever reason, not like the Georgia's Stafford or the Pats goat. ' Bout time that changes. I sure hope AR can be the guy, the premier guy that plays for a while and gets a ring or two.

Anyway, here's to AR making it happen.

    Go Gators.

Nice for AR to stop, and go above and beyond to offer help. Heart of gold.

Love to see this. So many people drove right past, but, he stopped and helped. Thinking of others instead of himself. Always liked the way he carried himself at UF, and, it seems to be carrying on at Indy. Good on ya Anthony.

I'm certain many of the people who drove past didn't have the wherewithal to stop and help but would have if they were capable. But Anthony has a heart of gold. Way to go AR!!

AR has always been a good dude and a good representative for UF. Glad he’s in a position where he can have a greater impact and hope he will have a long productive NFL career.

Look at the cop that recently stopped this week to help a man in the New Mexico region with a flat tire. Turns out the man was in a stolen vehicle, wanted for murdering an EMT and then murdered the cop that night. He had been trying to waive down other motorists to stop. Had any stopped they too would have been murdered. They instead called highway patrol regarding the stopped car as they drove by. Some people have heard stories like this each year and drive by for safety reasons as well.

wonderful of AR to help, offer ride and provide money for a new tire as well

Yeah unfortunately we’re in a different world today - certainly a different country. Would anybody in their right mind hitchhike, or pick up a hitchhiker today?

I know people who still do both, though the “right mind” part is debatable. :emoji_laughing:

Glad to see former Gator players like AR do good things like this.
He represents his parents, school, and the Colts real well!
Hopefully he can steer some recruits to UF.

AR seems like an all-around good guy. I remember reading after UF game he and a couple other players came out from the stadium and there were some kids and their dads waiting for traffic to clear. The kids are throwing around a football and he are joined in with them, and tossed the ball around. He didn’t have to do it, but that’s just the kind of guy he is.

I think it’s a little humorous that AR is wearing a LeBron James T-shirt.
