Are weirdos the only people Trump knows? I mean, appoint a conservative expert, not a wacko.

How did Rick Scott get passed over?! Even Esformes would have been more knowledgeable of Medicare.

Better than electing corrupt sellout politicians, and getting more of that.

    Change is good.

(Especially when the SOSDD/status quo is putrid manure).

    Embrace the fresh outsiders' perspective.

We've had, and will inevitably again, get plenty of insider skank.

Too bad we don't have a federal insurance commissioner, he could name that little gecko. No, wait, he's a foreigner. Jake from State Farm! No, there's the whole Kelce-Swift thing. Flo, she's all over the TV, Trump has seen her hundreds of times. No, she's from Progressive.
Good thing we don't have a federal insurance commissioner.

I like qualified individuals to handle things. I don't take my car to the butcher to get repair work done.

I heard our new Transportation Secretary is was on the MTV reality show Road Rules… so it all makes sense in Trump’s demented brain.

But if you mechanic is a "%#&$n crook who goes in and @-$^&! your engine up to make you need more mechanic work... wouldn't you rather a handyman with some common sense deductive reasoning about how things work in general, take a look and see what he sees, than keep getting screwed the F over by your "*expert*" mechanic???

(Or maybe you like getting screwed over...).

Dr Oz Is a quack. He left the confines of respectable doctor land and traveled to the land of make believe several years ago. So, no, your analogy isn't a good one. If Trump wanted to hire a respectable outsider, so be it, I guess. This ain't that

Watching the Trumpies twist themselves in knots and thoroughly debase themselves defending these ridiculous picks is quite entertaining.

Sure, but what if you classify the claim that sleeping in a bed with soap is a cure for medical conditions as "common sense?" Now, doesn't it sound like sound medical advice?

Trump picking his cabinet members like it’s an episode of Big Brother. Pick a reality TV star, this is your result. Lol, dude is a joke and the dems are going to crush the GOP after his term is up and they have no excuses to fall back on since they’ll have control of all 3 branches of government.

I wouldn't bank on that at all. We just watched this theater unfold two weeks ago.

No doubt, but the GOP won’t have the ammo to throw at the left in the next election. People are expecting Trump to do all these things he has no hope of accomplishing and when he doesn’t, it’s going to spell trouble. Or they’ll still find a way to blame it on Biden and the cult will gobble it up and I’ll be proven disastrously wrong again. One of those two things will definitely happen, though. Lol.

The second most important criterion for an appointment in the Trump administration right be behind absolute loyalty to Trump himself is whether the appointee looks good on TV. Oz and Hegseth clear that bar with flying colors.
