I am always a bit tongue-in-cheek with Rick. I actually admire how committed he is to his views and even though I could not disagree more with most of them, he is generally a good sport on this board, so I try not to be too big of a jerk in response.
I know what the Javanese did in WWII, that's why I posted what I did. Only their ballons had bombs and were used as terror weapon. These Indochinese balloons could have biological weapons making them far more dangerous to more people.
Wasn't the last ballon first thought to be no big deal, until they discovered it could have been a big deal? Then didn't want to take it out over populated areas?
