Welp, I’d say he’s handling his business pretty well. Winning creates recruiting success and now he’s doing it and he’s winning.
Here’s the thing- he’s the best portal recruiter in the country and it’s working.

 

The good teams don’t have that many holes. He’s sticking his finger in the dyke pretty well atm but they still have no shot. Ny6 at best.

Yes, unless we’re ok just stealing a game from them once every 6 or 7 years then we need an upgrade in talent. I don’t think anyone is disputing that.

Norvell is a true 1v1 test for Napier, similar career arcs so far - small school success followed by a big Florida job, struggling out of the box followed by …

Norvellllll lost a lot of games until he figured things out at FSU. Lot o losing seasons and no Bowl games in a weak ACC conference. Look at record prior to last year. Loses a lot of talent after this year as well. Can he sustain?

 

Without a great effort from their qb, they would of still lost to our bad team. They aren’t that good.
