I would vote for a dried up radish that was sitting in the corner of my kitchen for the past three months over djt.
The excitement and the money that was donated was unprecedented. She had just 107 days, so I think while she was behind the 8 ball, if she had had more time it would have been a landslide in her favor. She missed the bus on explaining (dumbing down) to Americans on why gas was high and why grocery prices are not something the president controls. Not to mention that trumph is the one who bragged about stopping a bipartisan border bill, which he will get, that same bill, passed asap. Why they lost 20m voters? That's a really good and interesting question.

They conveniently overlook the 107 days part. That was unprecedented. The felon had been running for 4 years.

Other than the fact that she is on the record saying that didn't happen and explaining exactly what the payments were for, payments that federal election law require under these circumstances. Incredible the mental gymnastics y'all will do over something this stupid lol.

Obama did not want Kamala to be the nominee. Biden did not want her. Most of the inner circle did not want her.
She was a mistake to be picked as. o. She was a mistake to have run in Bidens place. The Dems screwed everyone including themselves
.Biden was as sharp as a ya k, running circles around Kamala… her words remember. She expressed that sentiment when all could see a failing flagging Joe Biden. And if that guy was running circles around Kamal.. why the hell should anyone vote for Kamala?
She would not change one thing from the previous administration.. couldn’t think of a single thing… why vote for her?
Yall can whine and complain and point fingers but this lies solely on the heads of the democratic leaders.

Saying what didn't happen? That her production company was not paid by the Harris Campaign?

If that is ok then when Musk says that NASA did not pay him, they paid SpaceX no Dem is going to complain about that, even though they already are.

Why don't you read Oprah's statement?
“Usually I am reluctant to respond to rumors in general, but these days I realize that if you don’t stop a lie, it gets bigger. I was not paid a dime,” Winfrey wrote. “My time and energy was my way of supporting the campaign. For the live streaming event in September, my production company Harpo was asked to bring in set design, lights, cameras, crew, producers and every other item necessary (including the benches and the chairs we sat on) to put on a live production. I did not take any personal fee. However, the people who worked on that production needed to be paid. And were. End of story.

It's unequivocal. Trump won, and y'all still push these silly conspiracy theories. Sad.

You are calling out the left for whining about Trump the last 4 years. That seems like pivoting.

So after Biden won, Trump tried to forcibly overthrow the government, lied about it, committed serious felonies, and all the while still was the leader of the Republican Party and continued to obstruct progress and continued to intentionally try to divide the country for his own benefit.

So yes, you condemn that, but then you condemn on equal footing Democrats who speak out about it. More “both sides” crap from you. Whenever you speak out about Trump, you always have to equivocate with “libs be bad too!”

This isn’t like Mitt Romney in 2012 who mostly exited the picture after the election.

So are you saying that everybody who works to set up a political event, in terms of people, supplies, suppliers etc must do it for free? They are not allowed to pay people for services rendered?

Fine, you win. Everything she said is true. She was not paid, her production company that she owns was paid. Yes they paid their employees and covered their expenses, which probably includes an overhead charge for administrative expenses.

As federal election law requires. The accusation was that she was purchasing endorsements. It is false. I'm glad we agree.

Harris blew through $1.5B in 15 weeks and she is still out there begging donors for more money because her campaign is reportedly in debt?

What a cluster she and her campaign turned out to be.

Preview of coming attractions - if she had been elected. USA dodged a bullet, as did DJT.

It will be worse than that, the Leftists will act like SpaceX is wholly unworthy to even launch rockets and should never even be considered to win NASA contracts at all.

You show me where I said they were on "equal footing"? How about you stop trying to find a crack in my positions and take them at their face value.

YOU are the one who wants to equate any calling out of the left as off limits because the right did worse.

I will call it all out. You are free to ignore it.

I frequently call out the left - perhaps as much as you. The difference is I don’t feel the need to always throw a “left is bad too” or both sides sucks every time I criticize Trump.

Yes I do get on to you more than others. It’s because I think you are redeemable and I hold you to a higher standard. So consider it a sign of respect - backhanded as it may seem.

I am obviously cherry picking posts from a couple of weeks ago.

I think Kamala ran a reasonably good campaign, for who she is and the time frame. The issue is she is a below average candidate for multiple reasons. I don’t think there was any magic formula for her where she wins.

I’ll go a step further - it would have been difficult for any Democrat to win. Not impossible, but difficult. I think because of post Covid events, she had a 2-4 point headwind against her, as can be seen by incumbents worldwide.

Could any Democrat have overcome that? Whitmer? Close call but I think not. Being a liberal and woman we’re not helpful in the election, especially among the emerging “bro” vote and Latino vote. Buttigieg? I think the gay thing hurts him in swing states. Shapiro? Maybe. Perhaps the best chance, but being Jewish may hurt in places like Michigan. Andy Beshear? Best looking on paper for 2024 - white male southern moderate, but not much name recognition.
