Coaches need the players to be successful, but I’m not sure these kids understand the consequences of their actions. The “shock the world” commitment may seem cool, but a UF “lock” flipping out of the blue at the last second puts a stain on some grown men’s name. All of a sudden it was Billy and Raymond can’t close in their back yard. Cormani wasn’t perceived as a 50/50 or a lean who chose a somewhere else, he was caught fish they let get away.

I think the number of young former 4star recruits rushing the portal is cautionary tale to be invest in kids who are invested in the program
