    can you point to any evidence to support her claims. not claims or someone said, real evidence. spoiler alert, there is none. they jsut want to know if they can outright lie to you and you will believe them rather than check to see if they are lying. only the truly faithful can see the wonderful robes draped on the fat wrinkly orange man in the red thong

    It is just sickening to see everybody lie at this poor guys expense as they are just using him as a pawn. Best I can tell, they said there was no error, which is opposite what they previously said. They said this guy was adjudicated as a gang member, which apparently is categorically false. These people are just bad and hateful people.

    Add to that the green card holder guy who is being held for a near 20 year pot offense, and the guy is now the caregiver of an autistic man.

    It is really sad what our country is becoming.

    How would you feel if some ICE heavies grabbed you and whisked you off to El Salvador without so much as a hearing? That's what this administration is doing. This is not OK under any circumstances. I expect better from my country and it's government.

    To echo another poster, if you think this is okay, take a long hard look in the mirror....

    Judge deals Mahmoud Khalil major setback in deportation fight


    A federal immigration judge in Louisiana ruled Friday that Columbia University graduate student Mahmoud Khalil's deportation case can move forward, a major blow to the activist who has been in detention for weeks without charges.

    The judge's ruling in Jena, Louisiana, comes less than 48 hours after the federal government offered one piece of evidence that it believes justifies Khalil's deportation: a memo from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who said that while the green card holder's actions were "otherwise lawful," his views undermined U.S. policy.

    No criminal charges have been filed against Khalil, despite this being among the requirements for revocation of lawful permanent residence.

    This illegal alien is under the control of the Salvadorian guvment- there is nothing SCOTUS or any other court can do to make the Salvadorian Prez send this gang member back

    How much did we pay the Salvadoran Government to take control of him? Given that we are paying them, couldn't we stop paying them until they released him, in accordance with the ruling by the Judicial Branch?
