What a strange argument you're making. Heck, that's not even an argument of the Trump team is making.

I don’t think anyone has issue with deporting gang members, if that is the issue you think is the hill to die on. But the obvious Q is “how do you know they are all gang members?” Because someone from the govt just declares it so? I haven’t seen a list or evidence of who these people even are. Maybe you have?

Democrats love their criminals and the fact that they are illegal immigrants too just makes their love stronger.

The more illegals they let in, the more they're puttin' it to the evil white man.

Not as much as Republicans love their criminals. Not only did they elect one to the presidency they apparently have no problem with his mass pardon of other criminals including those convicted of violently attacking law enforcement officers.

. They are entitled to hearings. Who decides they are Venezuelan gang members? Trump? Just declare them a gang member bad kick them out. No hearing. Btw: where is the Declaration of War that justifies implementing war time powers? Kinda missed that step, it seems. Korematsu was overriked

I suppose you think it’s funny that the Trump administration ignored a federal court order. Because it did. Flight records show planes were in the air and continued after the order was issued. Just another lawless step toward dictatorship. It stars with a focus on people who are undesirable. Always. But it’s creeping. Eventually it gets to you. Keep laughing

The fact people voted for him doesn’t make him less of a criminal. It just shows that enough people wanted to vote for a convicted felon with serious charges still pending

you are out of your depth discussing extraterritorial jurisdiction. These are US charters chartered by the federal government performing a US governmental function. The argument is frivolous and in open defiance of the order. Those who ignored it belong in jail. And since the foreign prison is performing a US government function, the Judge has the authority to order the US government to return the prisoners .

    and here is number two..

deported a doctor, associate professor at Brown, with a valid visa and against a judge's court order

Brown Medicine professor, doctor deported to Lebanon despite having valid visa, court filings claim

Court documents alleged that upon returning to the United States at the end of last week, she was held at Boston Logan International Airport for 36 hours before being sent back to Lebanon this weekend in violation of a federal judge’s order to halt her deportation. The initial petition on Friday claimed that Customs and Border Protection had detained her “without any justification,” during which Alawieh had been uncontactable and unable to access legal counsel.

“CBP has refused to provide any information on the reason for her detention and expedited removal, nor to confirm the flight,” the petition stated.
The same day, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts ordered that Alawieh should not be removed from the state without 48 hours of advance notice and a reason, in order to “give the Court time to consider the matter.”
    ...................................................
A notice of court order violation filed on Saturday stated that CBP “had actual notice of this Court’s order and willfully disobeyed this Court’s order.” It further requested an order to return Alawieh to Massachusetts immediately and to schedule an emergency hearing as soon as practicable.
Alawieh, a Lebanese citizen, had been issued an H-1B visa for her employment at Brown Medicine, the petition stated. She obtained her doctor of medicine degree from the American University of Beirut in 2015 and completed her residency in 2018 at the American University of Beirut Medical Center.

Since entering the United States on a J-1 visa in 2018, Alawieh went on to complete programs at Ohio State University, the University of Washington and the Yale Waterbury Internal Medicine Program before starting her assistant professorship at Brown. “The Division of Nephrology at Brown Medicine is extremely distressed at this treatment of their colleague,” the court petition stated. “She is an assistant professor and has serious responsibilities. Her colleagues have been covering for her, but that is no solution.”

Those pesky juries of your peers simply confound Cons on a daily basis. Must suck to pretend to honor the Judiciary and Constitution when it's proven you don't. Winning.

He was indicted by grand juries and convicted by a jury in New York. Nothing Kangaroo about it. Do you lie that he has top secret classified documents in his bathroom and ball room at Mar a Lago? Nuclear secrets? And caused his lawyer to give a false affidavit that he returned them when he told his people to move and hide them? That must make you feel safer because you evidently voted for him. Do you like that his false electors scheme? Trying to get Mike Pence to refuse to certify the election so false electors would cast ballots for him? Nothing democratic about it. It’s a crime. And he openly encouraged violence before and on 1-6. We know that because he pardoned every one of them. Those cowardly GOP Senators and Members should have stayed in their chambers and greeted their supporters. And relieved the law enforcement officers who tried to protect him. That’s who you voted for and don’t expect respect for that choice

Well that's just a lie since the defense was able to choose its' jurors just as prosecution was. Unless... poster has some evidence otherwise ? Let's see that.

judges don't matter..and who knew we had a whole aircraft carrier full. bless her heart

White House denies ignoring court order halting Venezuelan deportations

A carefully worded statement by White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Sunday evening only deepened intrigue over whether officials defied the judge.

“The Administration did not ‘refuse to comply’ with a court order. The order, which had no lawful basis, was issued after terrorist (Tren de Aragua) aliens had already been removed from U.S. territory,” Leavitt said.

“A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movements of an aircraft carrier full of foreign alien terrorists who were physically expelled from U.S. soil,” she added.

A distinction Leavitt made about the judge’s “written” order, and the fact she noted the migrants had left US soil but did not say when in the timeline they arrived in El Salvador, seem significant. Her use of the phrase “aircraft carrier” is confusing, however. And White Houses don’t have the power to decree whether court orders are lawful.

the only kangaroo court has been the one in texas where all abortion cases go shopping and Cannon who was routinely overturned and widely lambasted but kept the case from going to trial so america never got to hear the evidence. the rest of these are dem and pub appointed judges, following the law, but you know that.
