Well, only $62M in “member draws” just before the declaration. Being the only member that can make those draws, he really doubled down on the scumbaggery.

Sandy Hook Families Accuse Alex Jones of Diverting Funds From Infowars Parent Company

Being a lying nutjob and getting millions of people to send you money for idiot kits featuring zinc pills and bottled water is disgusting, but I suppose entirely American. Being a lying nutjob inspiring those same idiots to harm parents of murdered children is indescribable.

This thread also features the Unfrozen Caveman RW defense of not knowing about something ubiquitous, which is not surprising given how closely tied to Q AJ is. Somehow those same cavemen know all the smallest details and lies that are truly obscure and tucked away in the crevasses of the 8kuns of the world, but simultaneously don’t know anything about the sources. It’s basically AJ’s own defense strategy. Deny any knowledge of all things and see if there is anyone that can prove you actually do know something about anything.

That member draw can’t sit well with the judges. He might have violated some IRS rules with that member draw, too… because you don’t pay SS and Medicare taxes on them the IRS can take a hard look at them, my accountant warned me that you have to keep them reasonable.

Makes your head spin - why would Roger Stone and Alex Jones be texting each other? It will be sickening if the texts reveal Stone was working with Jones in denying the murder of children and teachers for a political angle.

    This was from February.

U.S. investigating possible ties between Roger Stone, Alex Jones and Capitol rioters

    "
The Justice Department and the FBI are investigating whether high-profile right-wing figures — including Roger Stone and Alex Jones — may have played a role in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach as part of a broader look into the mind-set of those who committed violence and their apparent paths to radicalization, according to people familiar with the investigation.

The investigation into potential ties between key figures in the riot and those who promoted former president Donald Trump’s false assertions that the election was stolen from him does not mean those who may have influenced rioters will face criminal charges, particularly given U.S. case law surrounding incitement and free speech, the people said. Officials at this stage said they are principally seeking to understand what the rioters were thinking — and who may have influenced beliefs — which could be critical to showing their intentions at trial.

Fortunately, it sounds like DoJ is ready to bring a criminal probe against Trump. I do hope those texts will be valuable to convict him.

It feels like the attorney is throwing himself on the sword to be able to expose the links between the primary participants in the jan 6 rebellion.

Tomorrow is the big day. Someone is gonna testify as to his net worth, and the punitive damages will be based on that.

He should have dumped it on the web during the 12 days he had the data and the defense team didn’t realize it…

For what he’s done: this scumbag should pay out every penny he has, ever will have, or could conceive of having to those families.

Hopefully after they are done w/civil court, it turns out this money shifting was criminal (fraud?) and the state/feds can take an interest there.

That is why I alway look at drop boxes or sharepoints before I send anything out. Nevertheless, the Plaintiff’s lawyer is going to have problems from this. I can’t conceive of how the email asking to disregard was not a proper effort at clawback. He received and reviewed information that was plainly not discoverable and he willfully reviewed it despite a request to return it.

At $4.1M this was totally worth it. He’s made 10’s of millions off of this tactic.

He claimed in court that even $2M would ruin him for good. Then he could barely contain his glee at double that.

I doubt punitive damages will approach the profit either.

If this is what happens in all the cases, there is a clear point: Alex Jones won.

To be so consumed by falsehood that you would hurt grieving families, or worse know it is false and simply not care, is a level of disgusting most of us can not imagine.

I think the punitive damages are going to be big (his worth was estimated today at 240 million). But keep in mind he is facing several suits, not just this one. Then he has a potential perjury case coming, plus the millions he is likely paying his lawyers. In the end he won’t have much left.

But his not much will still be more than most of us have and certainly more than most of the people he hurt and his following will just fill his pockets right back up.
