Saw the X/Twitter post. Said that the crew was asked to review the play but declined to do so. If true all I can say is "Wow".

 

Where are our flagrant foul free throws in regulation?

I don’t watch much pro sports, but it does seem they do a better job of holding their refs accountable. Some of these college refs really have some big egos that are allowed to go almost completely unchecked.

 

In a back alley fight I’d take Condo, just sayin

 

Hell yes, especially in the NBA after the Donaghy scandal. The NCAA has never had one because they wouldn’t dare look under the rug to see what they might find. I wouldn’t at all be surprised to learn that at least 20-30% of refs are dirty on some level

I don’t even know how much of it is dirty, as much as sheer incompetence mixed with ego, and the fact that both go completely unchecked.

Maybe CTG should take a page from Spurrier's and have our team take the court for pregame warmups wearing Gator football helmets as the officials are standing by. Or at least have Condon enter the game with a big ugly head wrap on with plenty of padding in the back. Maybe even add the look of some fake blood coming thru the wrap just for the effect. All the while the O'Dome announcer intros Condon with a "let's get ready to rumble" as he comes on the court during the timeout. If that's over the top then at least have the pep band play 3 Blind Mice after every foul called on the Gators.

 

We should punish that whole damn team by beating them.
