"Lewis then accelerated to 141 mph, causing officers to lose him, per their report. When the vehicle again passed by where the cops were stationed, they were able to pull him over." So they were able to get away from the cops and thought, what the hell lets drive by them and see if we can do it again?
You can’t fix stupid. Gun in the car and a pile of weed. Everyone knows have a gun with drugs is a big promblem. So let’s go 78 in a 55 in the first place. These guys are either extremely dumb or just don’t care. I gotta go with both, nobody is that dumb right?
Slipped through the cracks…. I’m referring to the cop that pulled Mitchell over. He slipped through the cracks and did not get the memo. He will soon be on Bama’s payroll, so this won’t happen again
This is an interesting comment from Saban. Makes me remember the good ole days when our basketball and football coaches were friends (and winning a lot haha). Nick Saban takes aim at Nate Oats with harsh comment
Kid knows he is a high rated kid at Bama, he no doubt thinks he's going to get a slap on the wrist at worst.
Well, the highly rated basketball player got away with assisting a murder, so he isn't projecting too far.
Tony Mitchell eyes return to Bama football team.... Lawyer: Alabama’s Tony Mitchell nearing legal resolution as he eyes football return
Tuscaloosa, Tallahassee & Athens police departments all seem to be very forgiving when it comes to athletes. I wonder where the respective chiefs sit on fall Saturdays?!
And now he's rejoined the team for practice. Fleeing cops at a high speed is a dangerous move. He's lucky he didn't hit some innocent on the road.
The star of the Basketball team at Bama drove with a gun to a destination (at the request of the shooter) and handed it to another player to shoot/kill someone. Nothing happened to this player. Had he not drove the loaded gun to the murder site, a person would still be alive. Nothing will happen to an athlete at Bama
