Yep, no more knocks, no more bruises, no more being blamed for losing, all while collecting, what? 12 million a month while he watches the games from his living room? I would gladly take two ACL's on the same play for that gig.
My first impression (from what I read this morning), he could be out of action for two or more months.
Rodgers' injury also will impact the 2024 draft. The second-round pick that goes to the Green Bay Packers from the trade for Rodgers was conditional, based on 65% playing time. If Rodgers had hit that plateau, it would have become a first-round pick. Sources: Jets' Rodgers has torn Achilles tendon
Entire season unfortunately. An MRI confirmed that New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers tore his left Achilles tendon in Monday night's win over the Buffalo Bills, sources said Tuesday morning, ending his season only four plays after it began.
They are doing amazing things with ATS. There is a guy at my gym who tore his Achilles. Had surgery, was doing the elliptical in a boot within a week and is completely back to activity in 3 months.
Often an Achilles is non contact. Marino did it stepping up in the pocket at old Cleveland stadium. Had to be helped to the sideline, then carted off... just like Arod last night.
How about acquiring Will Grier? Zach is totally going to suck. Based on his final preseason game Grier is the better QB. Prove me wrong
