    Do we still h e a copy and paste paragraph limit?
    And Bill is right.. everyone on this board revels I. The opposition losing and them winning. Seems quite disingenuous to call it out NOW… did you call it out when Obama won? When Biden won? I’m guessing not.

    Yes, that definition and more is it exactly. You pinned it. I too, battle some of those unwanted tendencies, but until now never had a need to curb a desire to test the strength of that tendency. Now I'm watching it play out. I don't doubt a bit of Shadenfreude has crept in when I wasn't paying attention. If it's there, it's there. Recognizing it is always the first step in learning how to live better in its absence.

    Recognitions of apology, declarations of regret - tacit acknowledgment, expressions of mutual respect. The brokenness of confession are mostly all that's needed to banish or curb unwanted tendencies. Admissions that none is better than another. It's a beginning towards being better. It would satisfy.
