Looks like all the playoff spots have been determined, rendering this game inconsequential. Will Tua & Allen even play? How about Tyreek? Diggs? I think these teams sit their stars.
Game determines who and where they play. Something like winner plays Pittsburgh at home and loser plays at Kansas city. Something like that anyway
Thanks for the clarification. I just saw that all the playoff teams were decided, but didn't realize that seeding is yet to be determined. It looks like the Dolphins are playing for the #2 seed and a chance to avoid the Chiefs in the first round (they get the Bills if they win). The Bills are also playing for the #2 seed and would play Pittsburgh if they win.
The winner of the game is the #2 seed in the AFC. 2 home games in the playoffs. The loser goes on the road. Huge game.
If Buffalo wins tonight, they host Pittsburgh and Miami goes to Kansas City. If Miami wins, Buffalo and Miami play again next week in Miami again; Pittsburgh would go to Kansas City.
Yep, Miami's reward for beating Buffalo is they get to host them again next week. Beats going to KC I guess but still. Buffalo getting to host in the frozen north would be huge for them. 3 turnovers for Buffalo, but special teams come thru with a 95 yd punt return to tie the game at 14.
Not so sure. Beating Buffalo 2 weeks in a row seems like a tall order. KC is on the down slide. I was kinda' torn last night, but I honestly like their chances better at KC than v. Buffalo, 1 week later, with fresh film to dissect...
Either way, Tua needs to tighten things up a good bit. One of these days, he's gonna get Tyreek cut in half.
Dolphins & Chiefs ONLY on the Peacock channel!!!???? How many people are going to be able to watch the game and how many will actually pay to add that channel for just 1 day?? Crazy and stupid, IMO.
Locally in Miami and KC it will be on a local channel but yeah, the NFL pushing stuff to streaming only sucks, like how more and more UF games are on ESPN+.
Temperatures in the single degrees on Sat. night. Won't break 15. Not Miami weather. Shouldn't play games in this kind of weather. But since I live in Missouri I now pull for the Chiefs. But still all gator.
