We need to find a way to add this kid in this class. Lockdown corners are a staple of a dominant defense.

So what you’re saying is unless I’m personally shelling out NIL deals then I’m not allowed to complain or be critical about this staff whiffing on elite recruits then?

Welcome to the new game of College Football! Brought to you by Greg Sanky and the university presidents!!

Gone, (LONG GONE) are the days when a fans contribution was considered meaningful by being an alumni, purchasing season tickets, making a modest contribution to UF, going to games, spending money at local hotels, bars and resturants, clothiers or sports memorbilia joints.

Oh no, your value now is inversely proportional to the amount of do-ray-me one shells out for this or that 3, 4 or 5 star kid.

Welcome to pay for play college football Zilla!

I'm saying on kids we lose because of NIL/$$, it is beyond hypocritical to complain and blame the staff when the solution lies with you and the fan base. Isn't that pretty obvious?

And we can help recruiting by showing up to games, screaming our heads off, and supporting our players/coaches on and off the field.

Feels like we are two seasons away from solid QB play, and that's a long time from now.

Be as critical as you want for the coaches’ whiffing on elite recruits after what will likely be two consecutive losing seasons but it would be better to adjust your expectations. Ricks or not, I’m ecstatic about what Napier has done on the recruiting trail given the Gators’ recent recent history on the field.

Seriously. It's about perspective. It's been less than a year to build relationships and we have fierce competition well established recruiting in our state.

The staff has nothing to do with Miami paying this kid a bunch of money. It’s out of their control. Paying that kid millions of stupid

If just the 90 k walking in a game dropped a 20 in the coffer, that’s almost 2 mil a game. Not saying we should do that but sending to the source adds up quick.Miami doesn’t have the fanbase.

Man, that’s parking 2 miles out from the stadium! I remember a ten spot could get you a couple blocks away.

No he was answering your question. You said they need to start paying elite recruits.... well "they" is "Us" because the staff nor university pays the players NIL deals, we the Fans do, at least the ones with money. So like he said, your plan sounds great...... pay the elite recruits, so what are you waiting for?

I'm sure most of us would. The problem is that his complaining is getting old. Hell, it got old months ago. He's complaining about the staff when this issue is out of their control. It's out of his control too. And anyone that gets tired of his complaining gets criticized for "being on the staff's payroll" or whatever. I'm all for complaining, but at least point it in the right direction.
